Just like Skyrim before it, Fallout 4 does have a secret dev room.
Fallout 4 has a secret dev room where all of the game’s items can be found. You can’t get into it using conventional means, unfortunately, which means it’s only doable on PC.
That’s because you’re going to have to enter a console command to get in there. YouTube user Tyrannicon has a video showing what you can find inside.
All you need to do is bring down the console using the tilde (~) key and enter “COCQASMOKE“.
